Great startup control

Being able to see programs "time to start" & "time to load" and their worst start/load times is a major upgrade for BootRacer, and so is being able to set the order in which startup programs are started!

Add a program exclude list to start-up control

Add a program with/blacklist to start-up control to exclude program same as Keyscrambler which can only be run by the user or windows.

When disabeled, it still has the logo & start message

Please turn off the logo animation and the Windows is starting message other i have to uninstall the program after each use. or make ir an option
